Welcome to MegaMind Hub. By becoming an affiliate partner of our platform (www.megamindhub.com), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). These Terms govern your participation in our affiliate program and your interactions with customers on behalf of MegaMind Hub.

Please read these Terms carefully before registering as a partner. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not register or engage in affiliate sales.

1. About MegaMind Hub

MegaMind Hub is a business automation company that designs software and applications to help businesses exceed their operational and sales targets. We enable affiliate partners ("Partners", "Affiliates") to promote and sell our products and services to end customers on a commission basis.

2. Definitions

• Affiliate / Partner – An individual or entity approved by MegaMind Hub to promote and sell our services in exchange for a commission.
• Customer – Any business or individual that purchases products or services from MegaMind Hub through a Partner.
• Standard Company Pricing – The official pricing of MegaMind Hub products and services.
• Commission – The revenue share earned by an Affiliate for a qualified sale.

3. Eligibility for Affiliate Partnership

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Provide accurate registration information.
• Not represent any direct competitor without disclosure.
• Comply with these Terms and applicable laws.

MegaMind Hub reserves the right to accept or reject applications at its sole discretion.

4. Commission and Payment

4.1 Commission Rate

Default commission is 20% of the net revenue from each qualified sale. We may adjust rates based on performance or strategy, with prior notice.

4.2 Payment Terms

Commissions are paid monthly, after a 14-day validation period, and only for non-refunded sales.

4.3 Disqualification

Fraudulent, misleading, or unethical behavior leads to loss of commission and possible termination.

5. Sales Practices and Responsibilities

5.1 Pricing and Discounts

No partner may sell below our standard pricing without written approval.

5.2 Representation

Affiliates must represent our products truthfully and avoid false claims.

5.3 Marketing Materials

Partners may use official branded content. Misleading advertisements are prohibited.

6. Affiliate Obligations

• Conduct business professionally and ethically.
• Maintain confidentiality of company and customer data.
• Avoid conflicts of interest.
• Report fraudulent behavior or breaches.

7. Customer Terms

7.1 Payment Terms

Customers must follow their payment schedule. Late payments may disrupt service.

7.2 Intellectual Property

All products remain MegaMind Hub’s property. Clients are granted usage licenses.

7.3 Refund and Cancellation

Refunds follow our official refund policy. Cancellation after service starts may incur fees.

7.4 Support

Customers receive support as defined in the service level agreement (SLA).

8. Confidentiality and Data Protection

All parties must protect confidential information. No partner may store payment data. MegaMind Hub is GDPR-compliant, and affiliates must adhere to the same standards.

9. Termination of Agreement

We may terminate your partnership:

• For breach of terms.
• For unethical or illegal conduct.
• With 30 days written notice, for any reason.

Commissions may be forfeited if termination results from misconduct.

10. Limitation of Liability

MegaMind Hub is not liable for:

• Loss of affiliate profits or revenue.
• Consequential or indirect damages.
• Misuse of our branding or relationships by the affiliate.

11. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms. Notice will be sent via email or posted on our website. Continued participation implies agreement to the updates.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of our operating jurisdiction. Disputes will be handled by the relevant courts in that region.
